Northern California Salinity Coalition
  Northern California Salinity Coalition: Providing project management support services for the Northern California Salinity Coalition consisting of: Alameda County Water District, Contra Costa Water District, East Bay Municipal Utility District, San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Santa Clara Valley Water District, Solano County Water Agency, Sonoma County Water Agency, and Zone 7. Specific support activities include overall project management, funding support services, research support, and overall Coalition coordinatioin efforts associated with the Coalition's desalination and salinity control and management activities.

City of Napa
  Tulucay Creek Bridge - Hydraulic Engineering Services including the development of a Caltrans Standard Hydraulic Report addressing related hydrological analysis, hydraulic parameters for bridge design, bank protection, and scour.

Oro Loma Sanitary District
  Detention Pond Project - Hydrology Services including the development of an inflow hydrograph and drainage facility design. Facility to be located in San Leandro, California.

Fresno County
  Outside Main Canal Bridge - Hydraulic and Bridge Scour Engineering Services including field review, hydrological analysis, hydraulic modeling using HEC-RAS, and the development of a final hydrology, hydraulics, and scour report.

Peter A. and Vernice H. Gasser Foundation
  Residual Overland Flow Project - Conducted hydrology and hydraulic design services resulting in the development and evaluation of pump station, box culvert and drainage channel alternatives. This evaluation included in-depth analysis of the effects of the five-year, ten-year and 100-year storm events with peak flow capacities of 310 cfs. Additional services included cost-estimating, HEC-RAS modeling, constructibility reviews, and project development support. This project is located in Napa, California.

San Benito County Water District
  Treated Water Service Storage Standards: Prepared recommended treated water service area storage standards for operational, emergency, and fire storage components. This also included the development of recommended storage standards for private and community water systems within the San Benito County Water District service area.

Santa Barbara County Department of Public Works
  Master Service Agreement: Selected to provide hydraulic engineering support services, training, and on-call emergency assessment support services for Santa Barbara County Department of Public Works. Work period includes October 2003 to June 2005.

Santa Clara Valley Water District
  Prequalified for Construction Management (CM10) and Construction Management - Water Supply (CM12) from 2003 to 2005. Projects include pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs.

City of Fresno
  Herndon Canal Bridge at Blackstone/Shields Avenue -Conducted Hydraulic and Bridge Scour Analysis for this local agency bridge and provided Caltrans liasson services.

Merced County
  Providing Hydraulic Engineering support services for bridge and road projects in Merced County through Taber Consultants. Contract term if for two years and ends June 2005.
